These Terms of Use govern your use of the website operated by Darren Rose Acupuncture & Wellness at acupunctureandwellness.co.uk (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About this site

The Site provides information about acupuncture, Chinese medicine, fertility support and related services at our London clinics, plus an online shop for selected products. Website content is general information only and is not a substitute for personal medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

2. Enquiries and appointments

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee an appointment. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible. Clinical care is provided subject to assessment and our professional clinical terms (provided separately where relevant).

3. Online shop

Products are sold via Shopify. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Checkout, payment, shipping and returns are handled under Shopify’s process and any shop policies displayed at purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of obvious pricing error, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep Site content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free. Treatment outcomes vary between individuals.

5. Intellectual property

Content on the Site (text, branding, images and design) is owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, scrape or reuse content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You must not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, or use the Site in any unlawful way.
