I am Darren Rose, and I have spent my career studying and practising traditional Chinese medicine. My work brings together Classical acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, Tui-Na bodywork and nutrition, so I can care for the whole person, not just a single symptom.

I have trained with some of the world's finest teachers and hold a range of professional qualifications, including a Diploma in TCM Acupuncture, a Diploma in Chinese Herbal Medicine, a Diploma in TCM Tui-Na and a Diploma in Nutrition.
A lifelong student
My learning has never stopped. I am currently pursuing a PhD in classical Chinese medicine with Shanghai University, deepening my knowledge with every year of practice. I am also a sixth generation disciple of Song family Xingyiquan, a traditional Chinese martial art that shapes my understanding of movement, energy and health.
Teaching and leadership
I am co-founder and co-principal of the London College of Acupuncture and Natural Medicine, as well as founder of Yang Sheng Academy. I teach Chinese medicine alongside related practices such as Qi Gong and meditation, passing this knowledge on to the next generation of practitioners.
How I work
I create personal treatment plans that combine acupuncture, nutrition, herbal medicine, bodywork and exercise. My approach blends the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine with modern scientific research, and it sees body, emotions and mind as deeply connected. I specialise in acupuncture for fertility, IVF support, women's health and complex chronic health conditions that are difficult to treat.
